Raul Perez - El Llano Guatemala Geisha

“Raul Perez and his family produce Geisha at El Llano, a 45-hectare farm in the shadow of Volcán de Fuego in Acatenango, Guatemala. The Perez family uses traditional washed processing, done manually from picking to drying. They have built an on-site lab for cupping and are pioneering controlled fermentation experiments. This is September Coffee's third harvest working with Raul and his Geishas.”
