Highlights
“Finca La Bendicion sits in the Dipilto-Jalapa mountain range in Nueva Segovia, Nicaragua, 105 acres of loose sandy soil with abundant humus and 1,400-1,600 mm of rain a year. Manager Luis Alberto grows a wide spread of varieties there, including the Pacamara in this lot, and has placed repeatedly in Nicaragua's Cup of Excellence. Cherries are hand-picked, floated and dried on African beds at Beneficio Las Segovias for 25-30 days. September roasts it as a milk espresso: chocolate, rich fig sweetness and a long cashew-like finish.”
