“This is our third year working with Habtamu Fikadu and his coffees from Chelbesa. The sparkling, floral washed lot comes from 140 smallholders supplying the Chelbesa washing station, with 48–72 hour submerged fermentation and dried on raised beds for 10–12 days.”
