“Produced by Angie and Oscar Hernandez on the renowned Finca Los Nogales in Huila, Colombia, where coffee plants thrive at approximately 1,750 meters above sea level. This exceptional lot features a naturally decaffeinated Typica variety. After selective hand-picking, the cherries undergo fermentation followed by washed processing. The gentle decaffeination uses a natural extract derived from coffee cherries themselves, preserving the original aroma profile as much as possible. Please note that this coffee contains more caffeine than a conventional decaf, which is why it is labeled Low Caffeine.”
