“An anaerobic natural from the Kigezi region of Uganda, co-fermented for 120 hours with fresh coconut. Tom Kalyesubula of Littlefarms organized the production and imported the coffee himself, working with smallholders across Kigezi; Schön have known him for years and roasted his coffee before, and he also made their May 2026 origin trip to Uganda possible. The cup is kiwi, brown sugar and lime with a fine coconut note that shows mostly in the aftertaste - tropical on first impression, juicy, round-bodied and sweet, with present but harmonious acidity. Roasted as an omni roast, light, for filter and espresso.”
