“A rare anaerobic natural from Kenya, a country known above all for washed coffees. Chepsangor Hills returns to Schön Kaffee after the classic natural and the earlier 'Sleeping Bag' natural, and this is the roastery's first anaerobic natural from the station: the cherries fermented for 72 hours in sealed tanks entirely without oxygen. In the cup the roastery tastes intense aromas of sweet grapes and plums, joined by wild berries, cranberry and cane sugar, with a juicy finish and a full, supple body.
