“An annual Saint Frank offering from Ninga Hill, one of the founding hill communities at Long Miles' Bukeye washing station. Most of the 300-plus family gardens sit on less than an acre of volcanic red loamy soil between 1700-2000m. Whole cherries are floated, hand sorted, depulped, then fermented anaerobically in a sealed bin for 60 hours before honey parchment dries on raised beds.”
