“From the Gondo Coffee Factory in Murang'a, established in 1998 by the New Kiriti Farmers Cooperative Society. Over 700 producers contribute small-farm lots from the fertile Aberdare range microclimate. Cherries are hand-sorted, pulped, fermented 16-18 hours, washed with fresh stream water, then sun-dried 13-14 days. Classic Kenyan quality with SL and modern varieties.”
