“Luz Divia Fierro, known as Sandy, runs the El Meson coffee farm alongside her husband Elpidio (Pillo) in Berlin, Huila, Colombia. Together, they recently expanded their farm by adding 26,000 Pink Bourbon trees across 11 acres of land. The coffee is processed using a washed method with an extended 60-hour fermentation, resulting in a clean yet vibrant cup profile.”
