Highlights
“From La Victoria, a small community in El Tablón de Gómez, Nariño, Colombia, this lot comes from Familia Garcia. The region is known for high elevations and fertile soils, with farms typically one to two hectares. Coffee grows alongside avocado, lemon, and banana trees in a diverse, shade-grown environment. The Castilla and Colombia varieties are selectively harvested, fermented 15–17 hours in cement tanks, then dried on patios and raised beds over 8–12 days. The result is a clean, well-structured cup with notes of lemonade, black grape, dried cranberry, and brown sugar.”
