“Thirteen years ago, founder Jared began roasting coffee on his family's rural farm in Amherst, WI. Ruby Coffee made its first public debut at the local food fair. Since that first year, they've been honored to purchase and roast coffee from Colombia's Aguacate group. Aguacate is the natural choice for the base of this year's Anniversary Blend, with bright tropical and citrus notes to complement a satisfyingly sweet Peru yellow caturra from producer Lenin Flores.”
