“Finca Santa Cecilia is a 3 hectare farm located in Palta, Ecuador and is managed by brothers Juan Carlos and Wilson Gallego. Wilson has owned the farm for over 45 years and Juan Carlos has been helping him grow coffee there since he was young. About 10 years ago, the brothers joined a producer group that had access to a better market and began to focus the quality of their coffee, improving their production and processing practices.”
