Highlights
“Finca Santa Cecilia is a 3 hectare farm operated by brothers Juan Carlos and Wilson Gallego in Palta, Ecuador. After decades of conventional production, they shifted to quality-focused practices about 10 years ago. This lot shines with tropical flavors of blueberry, guava, plantain, and white peach, with lilac, lavender, and elderflower aromatics. Their third year working with The Coffee Quest.”
