The coffee is traditionally washed, producing a clean cup with chocolate and caramel sweetness balanced by citrus brightness. Roseline Coffee, a Portland microroaster founded in 2012 by Marty Lopes, sources this coffee to showcase the quality potential of Colombia's southern growing regions.”
