“From Hacienda La Florida, a pioneer Ecuadorian coffee farm run by Fabricio and Ramiro Coronel. The farm sits around 1500m in Sozoranga, surrounded by dense jungle and reforestation projects. This Sidra lot is processed as White Honey - cherries are depulped immediately after washing and sorting, leaving some mucilage that doesn't oxidize too much, resulting in pale parchment. Slow-dried in a custom dark dry room for a clean profile. This exact lot earned Fabricio 3rd place in Taza Dorada 2022 competition.”
