Highlights
“Peaberry is the single round seed that shows up in roughly five percent of a coffee crop, and Ndiaini Factory in Nyeri County sorts it out as its own lot. This one is grown at 1,800 metres from SL28, Ruiru 11 and Batian, then given a low-intervention washed process: long, gentle fermentation and slow drying rather than anything aggressive. The result keeps the classic central-Kenyan shape — bright and juicy, honeyed in the middle, with lime and blood orange as the high notes. Rocanini roast it to work either as filter or espresso.”
