“This multi-varietal lot comes from the Marcala municipality in La Paz, Honduras, produced by the APROCOMSA cooperative. Grown at 1300–1700 masl across a blend of Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Lempira, Ihcafe 90, Pacas, and Typica, the coffee is fully natural processed and dried in the sun and mechanical driers. APROCOMSA focuses on organic, fair-trade practices across the region. The cup delivers bright berry notes layered over a milk-chocolate base, making it approachable yet distinctive.”
