“Santa Felisa Estate is a fourth-generation farm in the Acatenango Valley of Chimaltenango, Guatemala, established in 1904 and run today by siblings Anabella and Antonio Meneses. The estate is a regular Cup of Excellence contender and works at 1,520-1,900 masl on volcanic soils with a wide day-night temperature swing that concentrates sugars in the cherry. This Gesha lot (2722) is dried as a whole-cherry natural, stacked in heaps through fermentation before drying.”
