“Right Side's first year working with Farid Keno, whose farm sits at 2,000 metres in Jimma, Ethiopia. This filter lot is built from JARC varieties developed from local Ethiopian landraces at the Jimma Agricultural Research Centre, naturally processed to concentrate the fruit. The cup shows blackberry candy, ripe peach and a chocolate bonbon finish.”
