“A beautifully eloquent Peruvian Gesha by Siemaasu from Finland, selected by Right Roast. Produced at Finca Gramalotal in Cajamarca by farmer Yoryi Yimer Berru, this microlot follows a traditional washed process adapted to high-altitude conditions. Cherries are selectively harvested, depulped, and fermented in open-air tanks for 12-18 hours before full washing. The result is a refined cup with bright jasmine and lavender florals, lively lemonade acidity, and delicate stone fruit sweetness.”
