“Las Perlitas is a project that brings together smallholder farmers in Huila, Colombia, that produce lots that aren't large enough to be exported on their own. The Coffee Quest buys all their coffee and separates it in larger lots based on flavor profile or variety to create outstanding microlots. This gives these farmers access to the specialty market, where they can get a fair and competitive price for the quality of their coffee.”
