Highlights
“This coffee comes from the Osolo Station, in the Greitu Korsa highland area of Guji, Oromia, Ethiopia. The station serves approximately 150 to 200 smallholder farmers from the surrounding communities of Wocho Sololo, Tabata, Mebocho and Mender, whose farms sit at 2,240 to 2,280 masl. The primary variety is JARC 74158, alongside other JARC selections such as 74112 and 74110. This washed lot presents a clean, crisp structure with lots of malic acidity, evocative of green apple and bosque pear, a very smooth, creamy texture and a lingering, deep panela-like sweetness.”
