“Las Perlitas translates to 'Little Pearls,' a collection of small, high-quality microlots from individual smallholders across Huila, Colombia that are often too limited in volume to be exported independently. Composed primarily of Pink Bourbon with smaller contributions from Caturra and occasional Geisha, this season's iteration is more winey than past years, balanced by the caramelized sweetness of baked peaches.
