“Hambela Deri Fahmi is a natural-process lot from smallholder farmers delivering ripe cherries to the Deri Fahmi washing station, run by Faysel Abdosh's Testi Specialty Coffee in Ethiopia's Guji region. Cherries are float-sorted by density and dried in thin layers on raised African beds with regular turning, yielding a clean, floral, blueberry-driven cup with black tea and ripe apple.”
