“San Pedro Yosotatu sits in the Mixteca region of Mexico, where many farmers speak both Spanish and Mixtec. This lot comes from a community of 40 family members and neighbours who, as small producers, broke away from the larger coffee organisations in order to sell their own fruit. Pluma, Bourbon and Typica grow between 1,700 and 1,900 metres, and the washed process keeps the cup clean and refreshing rather than heavy.
