“Yabitu Koba sits in Guji, the region holding some of Ethiopia's highest growing land. Hundreds of smallholder farmers in the community deliver their cherries to the local washing station, where the combined lots are washed and dried - a setup that gives ReAnimator a consistent, vivid cup from a wide base of growers. ReAnimator roasts it light and describes the profile as sparkling and tropical: Meyer lemon, oolong tea and mango, with 2,100-2,300 masl elevations behind that acidity.
