“Originally purchased by Don Alejandro Morales in 1963, Finca Rosma was inherited by Dr. Fredy Milton Morales Merida in 1980 and renamed after his wife Rose Mary. This Bourbon is traditionally washed with 36-hour fermentation and dried on patios followed by 12-18 days in greenhouse, earning 2nd Place in Guatemala's 2023 Cup of Excellence.”
