Highlights
“Grown at the highest point of El Platanillo in Guatemala's Volcanic San Marcos region, this naturally processed Gesha showcases the remarkable complexity the region is known for. Cultivated under native shade trees at elevations reaching 1,450 meters, the coffee develops slowly in the cool mountain climate, producing exceptional sweetness and clarity. Only perfectly ripe cherries are hand-selected before undergoing an extended natural drying process on raised beds for 30–35 days, with constant movement and daily quality evaluation to ensure a clean and expressive cup. The result is an elegant coffee layered with notes of jasmine, tropical fruit, honey, and bright citrus, balanced by a silky body and refined floral finish.”
