Highlights
“This washed heirloom coffee comes from the Mirado Coffee Processing Station in Ethiopia's renowned Bensa district, where 510 smallholder farmers contribute carefully cultivated cherries grown between 1,800 and 2,200 meters above sea level. Managed by producer Asefa Dukamo, the station is known for producing coffees that highlight the vibrant and elegant character of the Southern Nations region. Grown in a cool subtropical climate and harvested from November through December, the coffee undergoes a traditional washed process before drying slowly for 12 days.”
