Highlights
“Grown in the volcanic highlands of Quisaché in Guatemala's Acatenango region, this Pacamara from El Mirador showcases the vibrant character and careful craftsmanship that define Panorama Coffees. Cultivated beneath native Gravilea shade trees at elevations reaching over 1,500 meters, the farm benefits from cool mountain air, rich soils, and steady rainfall that help develop exceptional sweetness and complexity in the cup. After harvest, the coffee undergoes a meticulous washed process with a 24–36 hour fermentation before drying slowly on patios for up to nine days. Each lot is carefully cupped and selected by Panorama's quality control team to ensure clarity and consistency.”
