“Los Magnificos brings together washed Gesha from six smallholder producers around San Agustín, Huila — Oscar Ivan Hoyos, Yivier Quinayas, Diana Quinayas, German Hoyos, Alonso Aponte Rojas and Ramiro Muñoz. Lots grown between 1,600 and 1,989 metres are individually cupped and selected at the Monkaaba bodega, then combined so producers with volumes too small to export alone can earn higher prices and stay named. Farmgate reached COP$6,000,000 per carga parchment against a national average of COP$2,800,000, with an FOB price of US$9.00 per pound.”
