“Luterio Paredes is part of a family deeply rooted in coffee production in northern Peru. His farm in the Cutervo region of Cajamarca stands out for both productivity and exceptional coffee varieties. The region's unique microclimates, shaped by high elevation, volcanic soils, and dramatic temperature swings, slow cherry maturation for greater complexity and sweetness. Queen City was introduced to Luterio through Cooperativa Agraria Aromas del Valle, a cooperative of 618 families supporting producers through reforestation, processing education, and sustainability initiatives. In the cup, expect a full-bodied profile with layered notes of blackberry and rhubarb pastry.”
