“SATUS is a co-operative of around 80 smallholder families in Palestina, Huila, and El Mirador is the farm behind this lot. Push X Pull bought the coffee through Coffeelipe and Friends, and the cherries were given a 48-hour fermentation before washing — long enough to build the floral aromatics Gesha is prized for without clouding the cup.
