“Grown by the Mountree Village Coffee Community in Menglian, Pu'er, Yunnan, and run by former Shanghai coffee buyer Aki Chen, who built a processing facility, cafe and grower support programme around the village. Ripe cherries are hand- and colour-sorted, de-pulped and fermented with jasmine flower extract for 24-72 hours, then washed and dried on raised beds for 14-16 days. Sourced in partnership with Royal Coffee; roasted in Portland by Push X Pull.”
