“West Arsi is one of Provecho's core coffees and this is the second year the shop has offered the lot. The coffee comes from 850 smallholders delivering to the Nensebo washing station in West Arsi, Oromia, across the Odo-Shakiso and Nensebo districts, where heirloom trees grow between 1,950 and 2,100 metres in a sub-tropical climate. Cherry is harvested from October through December and processed as a natural.”
