“Mi Finquita, meaning my small farm, is the project run by Ratibor Hartmann Jr. and his wife Tessie — applying what they learned at the celebrated Finca Hartmann to help neighbouring growers around Los Pozos, Chiriquí, sell their coffee. This washed Catuai is picked from those smallholder plots at 1,650-1,900 metres. Proud Mary's first purchase from the project, it delivers a thick, lactic body with apricot, raw sugar and yellow apple.”
