“Mi Finquita, meaning my small farm, is the project Ratibor Hartmann Jr. and his wife Tessie established around the town of Los Pozos, Chiriquí, to help neighbouring growers develop and sell their coffee. The family have farmed in Panama since Alois Hartmann settled there in 1912 and built the celebrated Finca Hartmann, now shared by Ratibor's children and grandchildren. Chibor is a named lot from the project, washed and grown on the smallholder plots. Proud Mary has bought from Mi Finquita since 2011.”
