“Finca La Estrella is a 7-hectare farm in Alto Quiel, Boquete, farmed by the Rios Saraceni family since 1914 and now stewarded by Giovanna Saraceni; the land was bought by Antonio Saraceni, an Italian immigrant who arrived in Panama in 1900. Lost Origin is the creation of Juan-Andres Typaldos and Franz Zeimetz, craft brewers at Panama City's Casa Bruja, who bring a fermentation-led approach to the farm's lots. This is their depulped Pacamara from the 2026 collaboration, one of Proud Mary's limited Panama releases.”
