“Benjamin Paz is a producer, exporter and community leader in Santa Barbara, Honduras, working out of his family's Beneficio San Vicente and known as the glue behind many producer-roaster relationships in the country. His own farm, Finca La Salsa, sits on the high slopes around Lake Yojoa and is planted with varieties not usually associated with Honduras, including Panamanian Geisha and SL-28, and he has taken 1st place in the Honduran Cup of Excellence twice, in 2022 and 2024. This 2026 Geisha is an anaerobic washed lot, listed as a presale ahead of release.”
