“La Danta is a single plot on Finca La Bolsa in Huehuetenango, where the Vides family grows Bourbon and Caturra. Dr Jorge Vides founded the farm and won ANACAFE's Outstanding Coffee Grower award in 1984; since 1995 it has been run by his daughter Maria Elena Vides and grandson Renardo 'Nayo' Ovalle Vides. The farm works on ecosystem conservation, water efficiency and avoiding deforestation, and supports the local community through a school founded in 1980 and a daycare and vocational centre opened in 2012. xBloom packs this lot as 8 xPods of 15 g each for its brewer.
