Highlights
“Mitad del Mundo translates as the middle of the world, and this lot comes from Ecuador's southern highlands in Loja, where the Equator splits the country. Typica and Caturra from smallholder farms between 1,500 and 2,000 metres, shade-grown in agroforestry alongside guabo and porotillo trees that protect the local water sources. Cherry is hand-picked, pulped and fermented before drying, then rested before it heads to port.”
