“Nebula is Primal Brew's omniroast blend, split evenly between Philippine arabica from Atok, Benguet and Ethiopian arabica, so it pulls as happily through espresso as it drips as filter. Atok's plots sit between 900 and 1,300 metres, while the Ethiopian component comes from smallholders farming around 2,400 metres. The blend pulls together heirloom, Bourbon and typica lots, washed and natural, and roasts light enough to keep the fruit and florals intact rather than pushing them into roast tones.”
