“This lot comes from the Aricha washing station in Yirgacheffe, where local heirloom arabica grows between 1,800 and 2,200 metres above sea level. The cherries were dried in the natural method, fruit layer intact, then roasted light for filter. Primal Brew roasts it as a floral, fruit-driven single origin: blueberry and tropical fruit up front, with a clean, sweet finish.”
