“Bolaven Midnight is a single origin from the Bolaven Plateau in Laos, a highland growing area where Catimor, Typica, Bourbon and Catuai are farmed by multiple smallholders between 800 and 1,000 MASL. The lot is washed and roasted medium-dark, and Primal Brew sells it as an omni roast so the same bag works for espresso or filter. The cup lands on dark chocolate, muscovado and mild citrus.”
