“María Belén Díaz grew up around coffee and has been producing specialty coffee for over 12 years. She worked as a coffee quality analyst in Cauca before focusing on her own production. She is one of 96 women in the Huila Condor Project and was among the first in the region to earn a Forest Academy certification in 2024. Alongside her husband Narciso Narváez and their three sons, she acquired the Resinas farm where they grow Pink Bourbon alongside Papayo, Caturra, Castillo, Bourbón Rosado, and Gesha.”
