Highlights
“Grown high in the Ayuyus Mountains of Amazonas, Peru, this exceptional Gesha comes from Finca Los Santos, a family-run farm cultivating coffee since 1941. Now led by third-generation producer Jose Santos Requejo, the farm is dedicated to sustainable, organic-focused farming practices. This lot is naturally processed, beginning with carefully handpicked cherries selected at peak ripeness. After a 72-hour fermentation, the coffee is slowly dried on raised beds for 40–45 days under carefully controlled conditions.”
