This Typica is the classic expression: ripe peach and pear aromatics, sugarcane sweetness and a balanced, juicy structure. It is cold washed, a slow, low-temperature wash that keeps the delicate fruit of the variety intact instead of flattening it. The finish is long and sweet, closer to spring honey than to sugar.
