“POMA Coffee Research grows heirloom varieties side by side under identical, climate-controlled conditions at its research station in Denmark, which turns each release into a controlled comparison of a single variety. SL28 shows its Kenyan character here: rhubarb and tangerine aromatics over a lilac floral lift, a balanced and juicy body, and a long sweet aftertaste closer to spring honey than to caramel. The coffee is cold washed, a slow, low-temperature wash that preserves acidity and aromatics rather than muting them. Packed as 150 g and 1 kg lots.”
