Highlights
“This coffee comes from Fazenda Guariroba, a historic farm in Brazil dating back to the 19th century. Today it is managed by the fifth generation, Homero Aguiar Paiva, who continues the family passion for specialty coffee. The farm is known for innovation in cultivation and processing techniques. This lot features the Paraiso variety, developed by Brazilian research institute EPAMIG through crossbreeding Catuai and Mundo Novo. It is known for vigorous growth, stable yields, and strong disease resistance, performing well at 900-1200 meters. The variety is celebrated for bright citrus-like acidity and creamy sweetness. The honey-intermittent drying process brings out lime, cardamom, lemonade, pineapple, and honey notes.”
