Colombia Wilder Lazo Sidra

Highlights

“Sweet lemon bar and orange blossom hit first, with fig-like richness carrying through the finish. Wilder Lazo's Sidra undergoes a distinctive anaerobic CO2 fermentation at Bella Alajandria that drives candy-like sweetness while keeping the cup clean. A compelling Colombian experimenter's choice from Perc Coffee.”
